655. ON-STREET PARKING ISSUES - WITH REFERENCE TO SITES OF NEW BUILD
After some discussion about the congestion caused by parking relating to the building works on Brook Street, it was AGREED that a letter should be sent to WDBC to request that the parking should be elsewhere.

a) Re P/A 11496/2008/TAV – Maudlins Lane, copy letter of objection from S J Ellis (Ms) rep. Boughthayes Residents Association – Noted. A letter to be sent to Mr Ellis with the Town Council’s comments on this application.
b) Okehampton Town Council’s response to Site Allocations Issues and Options Document of WD Local Development Framework – Noted, to be copied for Council Members.
c) Chamber of Commerce representations on Core Strategy Further Consultation Report – Noted.
