161. APOLOGIES 
Apologies for absence were received from Cllr. R. Pike (ex off).

162. MINUTES
The Minutes of the Meetings of the Committee held on the 3 July 2007 and 17 July 2007 were signed as a true record.  The Minutes of the Meeting of the Committee held on 31 July 2007 will be signed after circulation.

163. MATTERS ARISING
a) Cllr Jennings declared a personal interest in the Old Folks Rest Room.
b) WDBC Core Strategy (The Preferred Option) to be considered at the next meeting.

164. DARTMOOR NATIONAL PARK
P/A No. 0626/07 - for access track and extension to stables at land adjacent to Harford Bridge, Tavistock - This was deferred to the next meeting.

165. ON-STREET PARKING ISSUES - WITH REFERENCE TO SITES OF NEW BUILD
Acknowledgement of our letter to D.C.C received. A full reply will be received in due course. - Noted.

166.   GENERAL CORRESPONDENCE
a) Ref: P/A No. 8734/2006/Tav - Notice of Appeal for retrospective application for erection of a fence at Tortola BVI, Spring Hill, Tavistock. - noted.
b) Ref: P/A No.10027/2007/Tav at 20 Chollacott Close, Tavistock for erection of a side extension. Notice of Appeal - noted.
c) Copy of the Adopted Devon County Waste Local Plan to be held on file - noted.
