The Minutes of the Meeting of the Committee held on 3rd March 2008 as amended were signed as a true record. The amendment read that Cllr. Jennings and Cllr. Mrs. Ramsey arrived during Minute 591 of that meeting.

a) Strategic Land Availability Assessment – Letter of consideration with any response to be received by 4th April 2008. Comments to be returned at the next meeting of this Committee.
b) 0148/08 Conversion of Garden Store & Link Extension for Hillside Cottage, Merrivale (Dartmoor Forest Parish) – request for Town Council comments. No comments – this is outside parish boundaries.
