The Minutes of the Meetings of the Committee held on 10 June 2008 to be signed after circulation.

There were no matters arising.

There were no such matters.
074. ON-STREET PARKING ISSUES - WITH REFERENCE TO SITES OF NEW BUILD
There was nothing further at this time.
075. GENERAL CORRESPONDENCE
a) Ref: P/A No 11858/2008/Tav - Notice of a site inspection on Thursday 5 June 2008 at Anderton lay-by, Tavistock. Cllr. Best had attended this site meeting at the given time and waited for a further fifteen minutes, during which time no one else had arrived. The Deputy Town Clerk has subsequently made two phone calls to the Planning Dept. to query this and has been told that the site inspection panel had been running thirty minutes late from previous site visits. They have now been requested to advise our Admin. Department should such an occasion arise in the future.
