Minutes of the Meetings of the Committee held on 1st April 2009 and 14th April to be signed after circulation.

There were no matters arising.
782. DARTMOOR NATIONAL PARK
There were no such matters.
783. TOWN CENTRE ISSUES
The Committee mentioned that the signs on the Town Hall need to be looked at with a view to requesting their owners to carry out maintenance on them prior to the summer season.
784. GENERAL CORRESPONDENCE
a. Agenda for WDBC Planning & Licensing Committee Tuesday 29th April 2009 noted.
b. Notice of Appeal Ref: P/A No. 6996/2005/Tav Removal of Condition 5 in relation to holiday let at Holiday Unit, Higher Wilminstone Farm, Wilminstone, Tavistock. Dismissal of Appeal noted.
c. Housing Development on Garden Land Email from Lichfield Town Council and copy of letter from the Minister for Housing and Planning to be considered and reported back at next meeting.
d. Ref: Concerns of safety issues in relation to the new development at Manor Oaks Letter and petition from local residents. WDBC to be asked if it has been investigated, and if so what decision has been made.
