As Cllr D Best was not present the Mayor, Cllr Mrs Anne Johnson, took the chair.

The Minutes of the Meetings of the Committee held on the 8 October 2007 and the 23 October 2007 were signed as a true record.

There were no matters arising.
342. DARTMOOR NATIONAL PARK
Ref: P/A No. 0626/07 - Access track and extension to stables at land adjacent to Harford Bridge, Peter Tavy, Tavistock.
Grant of Conditional Planning Permission was noted.

It was agreed that the election of a vice-chairman would be put as an agenda item for the next meeting.
