There is a tip and recycling facility, managed by West Devon Borough Council, on Crowndale Road, which can be contacted directly on 01822 611164.  A separate area for green waste is available on this site.

Opening hours for the Crowndale Road facilities are:

  • Summer: (1st April - 30th September)
    Monday - Friday 8.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.
    Saturday & Sunday 10.00 a.m. - 6.00 p.m.
  • Winter: (1st October - 31st March)
    Monday - Friday 8.00 a.m. - 4.30 p.m.
    Saturday & Sunday 10.00 a.m. - 4.30 p.m.
