The Town Hall is located in the heart of the beautiful market town of Tavistock. The building has a spacious Main Hall, fully licensed bar and a meeting room (The Rundle Room) available for hire.
We can offer exclusive use of the facilities for your event. The historic stone building, with elegant Gothic windows, dominates the main square. The Hall, with its dark wood panelling, is an impressive location for any event. It provides a very flexible space with seating for up to 190 people or 400 people standing, plus a stage area for entertainment and performances. Our up-to-date kitchen facilities, which can include the use of our crockery and cutlery, are available for any caterer of your choice.
We also offer ‘The Rundle Room’ which is another area located in the Hall for smaller receptions and meetings, for up to 40 people. The Hall and Rundle Room are fully licensed for civil ceremonies and have full disabled access.
Together with up-to-date technology, we can offer Wi-Fi, a Loop System, PA and stage lighting with robotic DMX Light systems. This will help make your event that little more enjoyable.
