Terms of Licence
• Exclusive use of the Ice Cream Van pitch in the Guildhall Car Park, Tavistock between 1st April and 30th September annually
• Licence available for the period 1st April 2020 – 30th September 2022 (new tenders invited every 3 years)
• Hours of trading from 08.00am–16.30pm daily (between 1st April – 30th September annually)
• Food Registration Document to be in place and available for inspection
• Public Liability Insurance to be in place and certificate available for inspection
• Rent will be invoiced in two equal amounts, in advance, and is subject to VAT (invoiced 1st April and 1st July annually)
Information required for Tender
• Copy of current Food Hygiene Rating Certificate
• Copy of current Food Registration Document
• Copy of Public Liability Insurance Certificate
• Amount of annual rent offered, including VAT
N.B. There may be a requirement to move pitch during the term of the Agreement, although it will still be a prime location
