Terms of Licence
- Exclusive use of the Ice Cream Van pitch on Bedford Square, Tavistock between 1st April and 30th September annually
- Licence available for the period 1st April 2026 – 30th September 2028 (new tenders invited every 3 years)
- Hours of trading from 08.00am–16.30pm daily (between 1st April – 30th September annually)
- Food Registration Document to be in place and available for inspection
- Public Liability Insurance to be in place and Certificate available for inspection
- Rent will be invoiced in two equal amounts, in advance (invoiced 1st April and 1st July annually)
