For nearly forty years until the late 1990s press photographer Jim Thorington was not only a prominent local personality but also an enthusiastic recorder of the social and public activities in Tavistock and East Cornwall.
His legacy is a large collection of photographic images which are currently stored in Tavistock Museum. Some from the collection will be shown in this exhibition. Why not take a look?
